The Irish Yanks Strength Summits are Daniel’s signature in person strength workshops. He’s traveled to cities all across North America hosting these events. Summits can focus on kettlebell techniques, foundational strength, form coaching, group exercises, Q&A opportunities, mental health talks, and one on one coaching. They also include team building and social activities for the participants. The goal of the Summits is to impact as many lives as possible while building lasting relationships with participants.
Strength Summits are two-day workshops. Over the two days, participants will unlock strength and confidence through simple yet effective foundational movements.
The 2023 Strength Summit was the year they all kicked off! Daniel taught 9 Summits all across America and Canada. Teaching the Irish Yanks the fundamentals in Kettlebell Training and showing them they are Stronger Than They Realize.
The 2024 Strength Summit was the next step up in the form of Level ii Kettlebell training. Daniel was able to build upon the skills the Irish Yanks had learned from the 2023 year and show more skill movements in 2024. The knowledge kept building and the strength gains kept increasing. The Irish Yanks just kept getting stronger!
The 2025 Strength Summit was a shift in focus this year to where the main goal was, building your confidence and overcoming fear—whether it's fear of working out or walking into a public gym or working with barbells. Daniel’s mission is to eliminate those barriers, helping participants conquer self-doubt and feel empowered every time they step into the gym. We will be doing that through teaching you how to work with Barbells!
The 2026 Strength Summit still has a main goal of building your confidence and overcoming fear of going to a gym or any fitness related fear you may have—whether it's fear of working out or walking into a public gym or lifting too heavy. Daniel’s mission is to eliminate those barriers, helping participants conquer self-doubt and feel empowered every time they step into the gym. We will be doing that through teaching you how to work with Barbells!
We will also have our Head Nutritionist, Catherine McLaughlin (CFit) hosting our Nutrition workshop over the weekend teaching you all things fueling and performance. You wont want to miss this!
testimonials
“The Strength Summit was a great way to restart my wellness journey. I was nervous being so out of shape, but Daniel and the other attendees could not have been more supportive, helpful and gracious. I was given many modifications (along with the progressions to advance and grow), cheers, high fives, and reminders to give myself grace. I’m leaving this weekend confident and motivated to continue bettering myself. ”
“This workshop not only taught me new techniques and built upon some of my previous foundations, but for me, the mental aspect of it was the most amazing. The workshop reminded me that I can do hard things and I am stronger than I know. The community aspect and friendships formed over the two days was just what my soul needed.”
“I’ve been lifting weights for nearly twenty-five years, and using kettlebells for about half of that time. At the Summit, I realized I still had a lot to learn about the right way to use a kettlebell, and I even discovered a way to use them despite an old shoulder injury. Daniel’s expertise made the Summit worth every minute. Highly recommended to anyone looking to improve on, or start, a kettlebell routine. ”
