The Irish Yank Foundation is committed to uplifting the lives of individuals overcoming physical and intellectual challenges. The foundation is deeply committed to making a difference in partnership with Errigal Truagh Special Needs (ETSN), the main beneficiary of it’s charitable efforts in Daniel's hometown of Co. Monaghan. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, it proudly funds essential programs, initiatives, and resources tailored to address the unique needs of individuals facing diverse abilities. MY NEXT CHALLENGE

Daniel is going to run the length of his home County. Co. Monaghan in August 2026. This 64km / 40 mile route he will run everyday FOR A WEEK!

That’s 450km / 280miles over the 7 days.

All this is to raise as much money as possible for Errigal Truagh Special Needs who’s building an extension to their building so they can help even more community members who need it.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Irish Yanks community and the overwhelming success of our New Year's Day 5K & 10K fundraiser, on January 1, 2024 the Irish Yank Foundation presented a donation of $20,000 to Errigal Truagh Special Needs. These funds will play a vital role in supporting the expansion of their facilities, ensuring they can continue to serve and uplift the special needs community of County Monaghan.
